In stock orders are processed in the order received, with next day, two day and expedited orders being processed first. Delivery times are listed for approximation only as the shipping carries do not offer guaranteed shipping times, in many cases, most shipments arrive sooner. Rock Rebel offers FREE Standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00. Shipping for orders under $75.00 starts at $7.00. Delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

 

Expedited processing is available starting at an additional $15.00 (based on order total). Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

 

Next business day (overnight delivery to most areas, any addresses outside major cities may take an additional day to arrive) is available starting at an additional $22.00 (based on order total).

 

Expedited and next business day orders may ship the same day, but can take 1 to 2 business days to ship depending on order time.

 

 

Canada standard shipping is FREE over $125.00 USD. Shipping for orders under $125.00 USD starts at $12.00 USD.

 

For all other countries, standard shipping is FREE over $200.00 USD. Shipping for orders under $200.00 USD starts at $13.00 USD.  Delivery times vary depending on country, typically 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) after the shipment LEAVES THE USA. The shipping fees is the cost to ship goods from the USA to the destination country.

Standard shipping requires a mandatory Insurance Fee.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will only be charged the Insurance Fee. We are not responsible for weather, loss, held, damage, expense, address errors, lost, mis-delivery or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Express International (approximately business 3 to 7 days after shipment LEAVES THE US) is available starting at $30.00 USD(based on order total).

When ordering from rock-rebel.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The Customs Department is an agency responsible for collecting taxes to raise state revenue and to control the flow of goods into and out of a country. Import duty is a tax that the importer has to pay to bring foreign goods into his or her country. Import duty is also known as customs duty, tariff, or import tariff. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipients country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. All International shipments are subject to possible shipment time delays due to customs.  We have no way to estimate which countries impose duties, have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additional incurred customs charges or fees (any fees, are determined by the destination country's customs agency and are not associated with shipping costs to ship items from the USA to another country). Items are declared based on their charged value; we do not accept customer requests to markdown the item declarations. Any items shipped from one country to another may be subject to customs fees. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those fees for you and are not able to pay those on your behalf.  But we have only received feedback from a very small percentage of international customers who have indicated that have had to pay customs fees, so we believe the majority of customers pay little or no customs charges.  But by placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed.

Taxes vary depending on the destination country, but for Canada only, the approximate taxes are about 6-14% depending on the destination Province plus a $5.00 handling fee.  Most of our items are Made in the USA which qualify under NAFTA (we indicate that on the customs form) and should decrease the imposed taxes to Canada. When taxes are charged, customs will attach a form on the package and the post office will hold it as a COD.  The package will not be released by the post office until all necessary customs fees are paid.  Packages returned to us or refused due to unpaid customs fees will be charged the appropriate restocking fees as indicated on our Returns Policy page. Refused and unclaimed shipments may also incur additional shipping fees (destination country) which will not be refunded.
